1. Where are you guys located?
   Richmond, Virginia and the Outer Banks, North Carolina.
2. How long have you been in business?
   Collectively, we’ve got 20 years of experience. Performance Technology’s been in business for five years.
3. Do you travel outside of Virginia?
   Yes, coast to coast.
4. Do you do free estimates?
   Yes!
5. Do you have a showroom?
   Yes, we have two completely different display homes. One is our “entry level” system and the other is a full, comprehensive look at “smart home” integration.
6. Are your employees insured?
   Yes!
7. What type of warranty comes with my service?
   One year parts and service. Many of our high-end products carry a lifetime warranty. Extended warranties are available. Feel free to ask.

9. How long would my project take?
   It really depends on the project. We’ve had projects take two hours and we’ve had others take two and half years.

    Our only limitations are imagination and budget.
